Klaviyo Email Marketing Automation

Project or Retainer

Your email list is growing but every send is a generic broadcast. Customers who bought yesterday get the same email as customers who haven't opened in six months. There's no welcome flow, no abandoned cart recovery, no segmentation. Email is leaving money on the table, usually somewhere between 15% and 25% of revenue.

How an engagement actually runs.

Discovery

30–60 minutes, free

You walk me through your business: current funnel, current performance, what feels broken. I ask questions. No pitch on the call. By the end, both of us know whether there's a fit.

Written diagnosis

within 5 working days

After the call, I send a written audit: where I think your funnel is leaking, what's worth fixing first, what to leave alone, and a clear scope for what I'd recommend doing. You decide whether to proceed.

Build

2–4 weeks, depending on scope

I execute the agreed scope. Ads, email flows, landing pages: built, tested, and live. You see weekly progress, not month-end surprises.

Run or hand off

ongoing or one-time

Either I keep running the system as a monthly retainer, or I hand it off with full documentation so your team can take over. Either is fine. No pressure to retain.

All engagements are month-to-month after launch. No annual contracts. No notice periods longer than 30 days.

Common questions about how I work.

One service is fine. Most clients start that way. The funnel compounds when all three are connected, but you don't need to commit to all three on day one.

If you're a B2C e-commerce brand, I'll recommend migrating to Klaviyo because the behavioural and revenue-attribution capabilities are significantly stronger. If you're a service business or B2B, your current platform may be fine; I'll work in whatever you're already using.

Yes, for the email and landing page services. For Meta ads, I generally don't split the account with another agency. It makes attribution impossible and we'd be working against each other. If you have an existing Meta agency, the cleanest move is for me to audit their work and either improve on it or recommend keeping them.

B2C primarily: e-commerce (fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, supplements, etc.), online courses and digital products, subscription brands, D2C of any kind. I take on B2B selectively when the funnel logic still applies.

No. I'm based in Dubai but my work is digital. Most of my clients can be anywhere in the world. The discovery call happens on WhatsApp or video.

Depends on the service. Meta ad signal in 7–14 days. Email automation revenue lift in the first month. Landing page conversion changes show the moment the new page is live. I set realistic expectations during diagnosis, not before.
