What we collect

When you send us an enquiry or a quick message, we collect what you give us directly: your name, email, company, website, phone number, and the details of your project. If you submit a form on this site, we also record the marketing source that brought you here (such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs) so we can tell which channels are actually working — this is the same measurement discipline we sell.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, scope work, and run any engagement you agree to. If you tick the newsletter box, we'll also send occasional notes on marketing, measurement, and new services — never anything else, and never without that box being ticked. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are delivered by email and logged in a private record so we can show, if asked, what you agreed to and when. We don't sell or share your information with third parties outside of the tools we use to run our own business (such as our email and form providers).

Your rights

We work with clients across the UAE and the UK, so we apply the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and UK GDPR standards to how we handle your data, whichever is stricter. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing shad@wetract.co.

This page is a working draft covering the enquiry form and newsletter consent described on our services pages. It has not yet had a legal review — treat it as a placeholder until that happens.
